<description>Die beiden Airbus-Chefs der EADS, der Franzose Noël Forgeard (59) und der Deutsche Gustav Humbert (56), sind gestern mit sofortiger Wirkung zurückgetreten. Dies teilte das Unternehmen Presseberichten zufolge am Sonntag mit. Nachfolger sollen Christian Streiff (51) und Louis Gallios (62) werden. Gallios ist bisher Chef von SCNF, der französischen staatlichen Bahngesellschaft. Damit ist der seit Wochen schwelende Konflikt um die Führungsspitze des Luft- und Raumfahrtkonzerns beigelegt. Hintergrund sind die Probleme mit der Einhaltung der Lieferfristen für das neue Riesenflugzeug A 380. Da es sich bereits um die zweite Verzögerung des Produktionsfahrplanes handelte, drohten einige Abnehmer bereits mit Entschädigungsforderungen. Sogar mögliche Abbestellungen stehen im Raum. Ursprünglich sollten im Jahr 2007 25 bis 30 Flugzeuge dieses Typs ausgeliefert werden, nun sollen es nur „maximal neun“ Maschinen sein. Diese Lieferungsprobleme hatten zu massiven Kurseinbrüchen der EADS-Aktien geführt, die etwa ein Drittel ihres Wertes einbüßten.</description>
