Description Nicolas Brisset 2006-07-05 10:59:25 UTC
Version: 1.3.0_devel (using KDE 3.4.0, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3
OS: SunOS (sun4u) release 5.8

When launching kstcmd under Solaris, I get the following:
> kstcmd
Attached to Kst session kst-9622
kst> zsh: alarm kstcmd

... and back to the command prompt !

Trying to embed it from the Tools menu is even worse: all windows disappear.

I think we had discussed this some time ago and it was a Solaris-specific issue with the way the ALARM signal is handled. I thought it was fixed, but apparently not...

Nicolas, could you confirm that this is still a problem in 1.6?

Please re-open if found to still be a problem in 1.6
