Here's the problem:

1 MSN accounts. 1 has 50 contacts, organized in 5 folders. 1 has 5 contacts, no folders.

Appears A-OK in kopete

Remove first MSN account (with 50 contacts)

Folders remain, listing 0/x contacts each. Expanding the folder shows the little head icons, with nothing next to them.

Clicking on the bogus entries produces an error saying the user is not available at the moment.

Unfortunately, deleting these folders actually updates the original MSN account, those folders are now deleted.
