Version: 0.8.2-rc1 (using KDE 3.5.3, Debian Package 4:3.5.3-1 (testing/unstable)) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16.19-mko20060604 I renamed a existing keyword ( "Gesichter" -> "Portrait" ). Afterwards the Keyword-List view still displays the old description. Editing this keyword again shows the new description in the dialog !?
Created attachment 16678 [details] Old description in keyword-list, new description in edit-dialog Snapshot of wrong displayed keyword description in keyword-list view.
Remarks: a) Renaming was performed in picture view c) Additional picture info showed changed keyword immediately b) After restarting digicam the changed keyword was used everywhere d) Retried renaming a keyword in the keyword-list view. After changing the list displayed the renamed keyword correctly. Problem seems to be related to renaming keyword in picture-view instead of keyword-list.
Manuel, #2 a) how you perform keyword renaming from picture view ? Gilles
How to edit keyword in picture-view : - Right-click on picture ( for example when browsing current album ) - Select "Kommentare und Stichworte bearbeiten..." in context menu - Browse keyword to be renamed ( in right part of dialog ) - Right-click on keyword and choose "Bearbeiten..." - Rename keyword's description/name - Switch back to keyword list ( still old description for changed keyword visible )
