Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3) Installed from: Gentoo Packages I'll like to see more options in import dialog for korganizer --- I now have to manually modifie the file before I can import it. I'll like to see: 1. Character encoding option. (what character encoding is the imported calender file in) 2. Time Zone option. (what timezone is the imported calender in)

No, I don't need to modify iCalendar files but vCalendar files...

I'm am downloading schema from my schools website @ http://www.mdh.se/schema/ The schema is in vCalendar VERSION:1.0 yes, Here is my schema for the past semester: http://www.mdh.se/schema/visa.jsp?format=vcal&slutdatum=20060820&startdatum=20060123&program=DATAV1 I usually add some more filters to just get my coerces. The returned file is in latin1 -- my system is UTF-8 so i most manually change this with iconv. The file is also in local timezone (CEST) but Korganizer assumes it is in GMT -- for that problem I have a small java class fixing the times.

hmm... you are right, but KOrganizer reports the same entry begins @ 7:15, i.e. it does not change it to the local timezone. this makes all events 1 or 2 hours wrong (depending on Daylight Saving Time). I am in Europe/Stockholm (CEST or CET depending on DST).

I'm in Europe/Stockholm. I also noticed that when I start korganizer from a terminal-emulator it outputs a lot of those lines: icaltime.c:147: icaltime_from_timet() is DEPRECATED, use icaltime_from_timet_with_zone() instead
Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
