Version: 3.5.3 (using KDE 3.5.3, Gentoo) Compiler: Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.16-gentoo-r3 because, as the URL is selectable, you could copy the URL of some (f.e. streaming media) file and paste it into where you want (f.e. a media player). Now the the dialog isn't resizable any more, long filenames have a '...' in between crippling the URL with no way to get it out (f.e. from obscure js magic buttons). So please make it either a configurable resizing policy or simple make it resizable again. cheers. [i liked croatia.. anyone seen the play? i want togo to win.. gotogogo]
well it's resizable again in SVN. So this is FIXED.
It's 'broken' again. Long URLs cannot be read because the download dialog is not resizable. 3.6.SVN that is.
It's ashame - there'll never be a 3.6 release *g On KDE4 trunk though the dialogs now play nice, although they are only shown without ksmserver.. which needs some more eyecandy conversion still, too. This KDE thing is just never done °.^
