Description Forrest McKerchar 2006-04-26 23:44:45 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Slackware Packages
OS: Linux

You cannot manually adjust the height of a frame manually using the Frame/Frameset Properties dialog.

How to reproduce:
Start up KWord with a blank page.
Insert a text frame.
Right click on the frame border
Select Frame/Frameset Properties
Click the Geometry tab
Change the Height value to something different.
Click OK or Apply.
The height of the frame does not change!!!!!!!

I was hoping this would be fixed in KOffice 1.5 but it doesn't seem to be.
It is an incredibly frustrating bug, when you want accurate frame geometry and you find the drag & drop UI too inaccurate.
