Description S. Burmeister 2006-04-24 11:23:48 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When a pop-up is blocked, one can click on the little icon in the statusbar and chose something like "configure javaScript behaviour". If one picks that entry a window comes up with the Java-tab, not the JavaScript tab.

Since not everybody knows that pop-ups can be triggered via JS, it would be helpful, if the JavaScript tab would be focused right away and the user would only have to search for the term "block" or "pop-up" in order to find the related settings.

I was going to fill the same. This is a bug not a wish

Confirmed even on KDE 3.5.9 and 4 (trunk r804500)

Message from the Bugsquad and Konqueror teams: This bug is closed as outdated, as we do not have the manpower to maintain the KDE3 version anymore. If you still can reproduce this issue with Konqueror 4.8.4 or later, please open a new report. Thank you for your understanding.
