Switched decoration to B II left for the night. Next mornint all windows lost their title bars.
Nothing helped short of restarting kde. Also seems to leak memory in kwin somewhere. Need to restart
every three days or so.

I am experiencing this bug with KDE 3.1.1 installed with SuSE Linux 
Professional 8.2. I cannot get the title bars to return no matter what I do. 
This has happened once before and I had to reinstall.
