if you use exclude file options and set something in FileHistoryList and 
FileURL, that gives the error message "Could not parse diff output":

File=true
FileHistoryList=.svn
FileURL=.svn

komparerc.bad is provided for reproducing the problem.

BUG: 124121 Fixed, next time do not fill in directories where filenames are expected. I added a check and a message box stating so and then exit kompare. If that is not sufficient then i'm sorry, i can only do so much against user error. I know you Fathi did not have the bug, you triaged it and only forwarded it here from Debian, so dont take this personally.
