Version:           v0.8.5 (using KDE 3.5.0, Mandriva Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          Target: i586-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.14

When downloading a file using ftp, the kget don't creat .part-file, it creates just the file.
When the kget trying to resume downloading after stops, it says "the file is already exist".

I cannot reproduce this issue with KGet in trunk (KDE 4).
