The right sidebar is not shown at trhe right, but it's moved below the left column. It is just a problema of the last versión uploaded to Debian Sid: 

* KDE_3_5_BRANCH update (up to r515119).


Previous versions of konqueror (including 3.5.1) did work properly.

Update, I managed to reproduce problem with 516170 but update to 517207 solved this regression.
