Version:           0.7.2 (using KDE 3.5.0 Level "a" , SUSE 9.3 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 20050117 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.4-21.11-default

SuSe Linux 9.3, KDE 3.5, 686i-machine
when I edit images with digikam 0.7.2 I am not abel to save the files. The error is "Fehler beim Speichern der Datei". this error is since installing KDE 3.5

Can you reproduce this problem in current implementation from svn ?

Before i upgraded to version 0.8.1 I had this problem. I could only view the images and modify on screen but could not save image. 
Now that I have the new version I can't view the images - get black screen and have sent report to this effect. penny Zeffertt

After Installing the new version of imlib2 (I use Digikam 0.8.1) was the problem away.
