Automake splitter (when moved) does not remeber its position between project restarts

This is the horizontal splitter between subprojects (top) and targets (bottom).

I saw this issue was marked recently as "resolved unmaintained". Does this mean that it is resolved in some new version (that i do not have)?
If not, I still am very interested in its fixing, as it is very annoying to move this border each time kdevelop is restarted...:(

No, it means the code is completely unmaintained and hence there won't be any fix for this.
