Description Brian Beck 2006-02-17 05:40:04 UTC
Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I was wondering if it would be possible to add list separators as described in the IBM "Reinventing Email" document (http://www.research.ibm.com/remail/inbox.html). For those that have not seen the article what list separators are is headings for a group of messages. In the example in the article the messages are separated by date. However, I imagine if you sort your messages by author or subject the messages could be separated alphabetically. I think for people that deal with a great deal of email, it would be a very nice visual que when scanning messages.

I imagine that a feature like this would only be available if threading is turned off.

Thanks.
