Description Magnus Larsson 2006-02-03 22:50:37 UTC
Version: 3.5.1 (using KDE 3.5.1, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15.1

Konqueror 3.5.1 "rss feed available" and "web page contains errors" icons are not working.

Test:
1) Go to any page with an RSS feed, http://www.dn.se/, http://kernel.org/, etc.
2) Konqueror 3.5.1 indicates that RSS feeds are available using the usual icon in the lower right hand corner of the Konqueror window.
3) The RSS feeds are not listed or possible to export to Akregator when klicking on the RSS feed icon.

The http://www.dn.se/ has (had) a web coding error. The web coding error icon is shown, but inactive. It does not print the error text when you klick on the icon.

This worked using KDE-3.5.0, news feeds were listed and exported and errors shown.

I was not able to produce any error output when using konqueror and klicking on the icons.

uname -a
Linux lfs 2.6.15.1 #1 PREEMPT Sun Jan 15 10:01:12 CET 2006 i686 pentium4 i386 GNU/Linux

qt-3.3.5.

gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 4.0.1

Sincerely,

Magnus Larsson

I can confirm this on my FreeBSD machine, and an ubuntu machine too. It appeared after the 3.5.0->3.5.1 update. The padlock icon also appears cropped, though all icons are clickable on their left side.
