Version:           HEAD (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
OS:                Linux

PROBLEM:
When a large border size is specified fopr a rectangle it can draw outside of itself which is non-intuitive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Maximize Kst and the default window (if applicable)
Create a rectangle object of about 50 x 50 pixels in size
Edit the rectangle object and set the border width to 99

RESULTS:
The rectangle extends neyond its original borders

EXPECTDE RESULTS:
The rectanlge remains within its original borders

This has now been fixe in trunk, but was incorrectly withdrawn.
