Description Mars Liu 2006-02-03 05:57:15 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

This bug exists in all Konqueror 3.4 version and 3.5, 3.5.1, and I didn't use KDE 3.3 before. The problem is, now the "Copy Window" function and "Add Bookmark" function in Konqueror Web Browser are sharing a shortcut key "Ctrl+D". If I press Ctrl+D, it will open a new window instead of adding current url to my bookmark. Please assign a shortcut key for "Add Bookmark" function, or choose a new shortcut key for "Copy Window".

Add bookmark shortcut is Ctrl-B not Ctrl-D.
Comment 2 Mars Liu 2006-02-03 06:09:26 UTC
Sorry, if you look at the "bookmarks" menu, it says "Ctrl+D"!
Comment 3 Tommi Tervo 2006-02-03 06:37:42 UTC
I tested three different konqueror versions on separate machines and it's always Ctrl-B. Check from kcontrol -> Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Application Shortcuts -> search for bookmark
Add Bookmark shortcut default Key is Ctrl-B

OK, I follow your advice to check my system, and it says "Ctrl+D". So I think this bug is only for debian package. Thx for your help.
