Set up a few events in korganizer when I relized that the time zone was set incorrectly.  I fixed that, but then suddenly my reminders stopped working.  Until I got a reminder for a 10 AM meeting at 6 PM (the reminder also said that the meeting was at 6, despite korganizer showing it clearly as 10).  Restarted the reminder daemon and now my notifications are coming up at the correct time.  Should probably add something to notify the running instance of the reminder daemon to reload its settings whenever the time zone changes.

Fixed in Till's commit 961286:

"Make alarmclient use the system timezone, not the korganizer one."
