Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs
Compiler:          version gcc 4.0.2 20051125 (Red Hat 4.0.2-8) 
OS:                Linux

We are in multi-screen environnement.
Kcontrol/country & language parameters :
  France/French
The problem is :
On the second screen the KDE environnement is in english (panel, menu, etc), and even some few applications like panel are in english (if I right click on panel and select "Configure Panel..."); but kcontrol is in french (included the panel tree).
