Version: 3.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.0) Installed from: Fedora RPMs 1. Under "Configure" -> "Views", set "Hour size" to less than 1/24 of window height. 2. Close and open KOrganizer window in week view (or next N days view). 3. Observe the labels on the left-hand side of the grid: more than 24 hours will be displayed, and the hours in the day will not line up with the actual grid lines. In some cases step 2 isn't needed. This bug was probably introduced with the new style of label drawing in 3.5. It used to work, i.e. grid cells and the labels were both intelligently expanded to fill the space if the hour size was small.
I see a very similar behaviour in 3.5.1 (compiled from sources, Linux). Actually it's not 1/24 of the window height for me, but it seems to happen below a certain size (6 pixels are ok, 5 pixels break it -- when the window is small, a scroll bar appears but the grid and the labels still don't match), and I don't need step 2. Another way of triggering the bug is to enlarge the window vertically. Once the full day fits the window, the grid is scaled when changing the window size, but the labels are not (thus showing times like "31 h").
Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
For me the labels are ok, can you retest with kde 4.1 ?
no response from the reporter and we cannot duplicate. so I'm closing this. Please reopen if the bug is still present for you in KDE 4.1.4 or KDE 4.2.0
