When only the To-Do lists are viewed, "From View menu, to-do list option".. 

It lists only the To-do items, with different columns like (Summary,recurs,Priority,complete,Due Date/Time and Categories..) 

a) When we double-click on any of the todo item, it starts  the Edit dialog for the item.. Instead it would be nice to have a option/settings/Preferences to change that to "Show Dialog" of the item, though we have a "show" option when right clicked on it. 

b) If a Splited window is provided, where half of the window shows the details f the Todo item it would be very much useful ( for e.g in evolution to-do views have it) Again this can be optional to turn on/off this preview window..

won't implement.
todos now have a tooltip that should help
