example: to be able to have several acounts in kopete, so i can logout from one, and another user able to login at kopete without having to share contacts. like MSN Messenger. thanx :)

You can do this by just adding another MSN (say) account, can't you?

sort of. but that takes more time and effort, and then they have to
delete the account afterwards if they don't want the contacts left
there... it's not convenient for the random guest that just wants to
pop onto msn for a few minutes at a party or something.

I know kopete isn't really designed for those people... but it would
be kinda nice to have some sort of guest-account thingy. if anyone has
time to do something like that. :)
