Description Yoav Givon 2005-11-24 16:42:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

although the HTTP proxy (in yast network devices PROXY) is defined and tested to be connected OK , FireFox is traversing the Proxy (configured for proxy in its seperate connection tab) , Conqueror does as well , still KOPETE DOES NOT .
In the KOPETE documenation is send you to the O/S Proxy configuration as KOPETE has noway to define a Proxy .

As said ,this was done and tested but KOPETE does not do the trick .

Any idea?

Thank You In Advance

Kopete/MSN uses the same proxy settings as Konqueror.

Did you try to set Kopete to use the MSNHTTP connection? (is that new in Kopete 0.11?)

From KOPETE side i did nothing , just followed the documentation instructions and
defined HTTP proxy in the O/S Proxy . How do I define MSNHTTP connection ?

Thank U for your help
