Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux I entered a friend's birthday on Nov 18. I created an "all-day event" for it and I made it recur every year on Nov 18 forever. That worked fine. Then I found out his birthday is really Nov 19. I changed the date to Nov 19 on the first tab of the "edit event" dialogue, and clicked ok without changing the recurrence data. The event disappeared off the calendar. It was hard to find the event again in order to edit the "recurrence info" but once I did that the event re-appeared on the right page. It did get listed in the "upcoming events list" but I couldn't seem to edit it from there. I spent so long registering and getting passwords emailed around and going through this dialogue and reading old bugs that aren't quite this bug that now I've forgotten exactly what I did to get the event to where I could edit it but I think you can figure out that part. Maybe after I saw the event wording in the "coming up" list, I "searched" for exactly those words and was able to edit that way. So it would be nice to fix the "recurring" data at the same time as saving the change to the main date, or at least pop up a warning saying they're different. And the event never appeared on the "list view of events" (the button between "coming up" and "today's view"), I think it should have been listed. Thanks.... korganizer is really great!

Because it's still set to recur every Nov 18... In KDE 3.5 the event will show show on Nov 19 of the first year, and then (according to the recurrence) on NOv 18 every following year.
