Hi; I'm the guy that wrote the article that is referenced in the bug report. The reason I didn't file a report myself is because the bug already existed in the database.

Please mark this bug as a dup of bug #60452

Bug #60452 is marked ASSIGNED, really it is not - how does one change this
back to NEW?
