Description Hans-J. Ullrich 2005-11-08 09:27:56 UTC
Version: 0.7 (using KDE 3.4.2, Debian Package 4:3.4.2-4 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.12-1-amd64-k8

Hello dear maintainers !

I just have a wish, maybe you would like to implement it.

As I use KDE for a long time now, there are some entries in the KDE-menu, which are missing, other are orphaned and some might be with wrong parameters.

So my idea was, to have an easy button, to initilalize the KDE-Menu. Yes, I know kappfinder, but this only discovers new packages. I have in my mind, that the whole
menu will be deleted, and a new one (just when you are a new user) will be created.

Xes, I could delete the whole ~/.kde directory, but then all my other configurations are gone.

Might there be another way ? I did not see one, yet.

Best regards

Hans

P.S. Thanks for all the fine work !!!!
