Yup, hopefully Oxygen will have different icons for us to use instead of current one, thus assigning to artwork.
From personal experience, adding stuff to the icon wishlist page - http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/Missing_Icons - helps wonders sometimes. From quick thought, I'd probably name it actions/mail-mark-read-all. (As the other "mark *" icons also start with mail.) For KDE 4.0, I guess you'll need to stick with the same icon for "mark read" and "mark all read".
Is this still applicable with Breeze icons?
