When opening the KNetworkConf Handbook, it shows a lot of text but not the handbook. Clicking on a sub-section (in KHelpCenter) helps and makes the documentation visible (re-choosing the start page also works fine).

This works fine and the XML is valid and the sanitizer feels good about it, so I assume this to be invalid/fixed/whatever.
