Description Christian Nitschkowski 2005-10-26 21:39:08 UTC
Version: 3.4.2 (using KDE 3.4.3 Level "b" , SUSE 9.2 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (pre 3.3.5 20040809)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-24.13-default

When I select an event in the "main view" (I don't know how to describe it, I think of the Day/Week/Month-View) it will be displayed correctly in the EventViewer in the Sidebar.
When I change beginning or end time by dragging the event around, the view won't get updated.
It will still display the old value.
I have to deselect the event and select it again to get the EventView updated.
I'll attach two screenshots to clarify this.

Selected the even after creating it

This screenshot shows an Event in the Week- and EventView after creating and
selecting it.

EventView isn't updated

The screenshot shows that after the event has been resized, the info displayed
in the EventViewer still shows the old values.
The user needs to deselect and reselect the event to get update the EventViewer

I'm revisiting my bug reports today, I found this one and there already was a release of korganizer with this small bug still standing.
Any chance of getting this fixed for KDE 3.5.1?

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created
korganizer-devel mailing list.

Works just fine in KOrganizer 4.1 rc1
