Description Seb Ruiz 2005-10-23 16:00:44 UTC
Version: recent svn (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

If konversation is not focused, clicking on the chat window of a chat causes a query to be opened up for the last participant.

It's quite irritating because the chat window is the largest space of the application, hence the easiest way to focus it.

There may have been a focus problem previously which opened a query regardless of where you clicked, in that case this has been fixed.

Otherwise, the behaviour is just as in other KDE applications, i.e. clicking on a chatter in an unfocussed Konvi will open a query tab just as clicking a link in an unfocussed Konqueror will follow it up.

I believe this can be avoided with a window behaviour option in KControl.

No, you misunderstand - clicking on empty space in the chat view will call a query to the last user.

Hopefully it has been fixed, no worries!

Yeah, we fixed that then :).
