This is similar, but I don't think it is quite identical to, bug #109450

When I define and select a filter, eg "match things tagged as 'work'" then apply it in the todo view, it also filters the calendar view. 

It should only apply in the view that I have selected. 

Kontact presents the calendar and todo views as separate components. It is not immediately obvious that the calendar and todo list within kontact are different views of the same application. It does not make sense in this context to have changes in one component affecting another component.
