Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2) Installed from: FreeBSD Ports OS: FreeBSD when i make a mail search with kmail with two criterias eg. from: contains so-and-so message contains that_keyword i click search but i forgot to put back all of the following, instead of any of the following, which i clicked for a previous search. so i repeatedly click stop so the search stops. then i click match all and restart the search --> kmail crashes everytime
I can't reproduce it here. Can you provide a backtrace?
after a couple of tries i was able to crash kmail again. i noticed it was still sorting the display when i restarted the doomed search. backtrace: [Switching to LWP 100159] 0x2a3b9b8f in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.5 #0 0x2a3b9b8f in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.5 #1 0x2a3aafaf in waitpid () from /lib/libc.so.5 #2 0x2a34e0ad in waitpid () from /usr/lib/libpthread.so.1 #3 0x298a83a1 in KCrash::defaultCrashHandler () from /usr/local/lib/libkdecore.so.6 #4 0x2a354928 in sigaction () from /usr/lib/libpthread.so.1 #5 0xbfbfff94 in ??
