Description Christian Schupfner 2005-09-27 11:23:12 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages
OS: Linux

I use a XML-RPC connection to connect a database to the Kadressbook. This works quite good. In KMail I can see the e-mail address of all entries. But in kdeprintfax I cannot see any of the fax numbers of the database. I can see entries from the local database, but none from the XML-RPC connection.

It might be that KMail is using a asynchronous method to get the address entries and kdeprintfax is not. But I'm not sure about this.
On a connection, kdeprintfax is going to make a login to the XML-RPC server, but then stops reading the address entries.

Set as wishlist item for KDE4

KDEPrint is obsolete, unmaintained and will never be revived. Closing all open bugs.
