Printing in landscape mode doesn't work properly.  It prints in the wrong 
direction, I think, and it definitely chops the right hand side of the plot 
off.

This works for me. The plot is printed in the correct orientation and nothing is chopped off. 

Please provide additional details or withdraw the bug report.

Has been reported by multiple people and I verified it on production machines.  There is a bug, but I don't have a testcase at the moment.

I think the bug may only affect Kst 1.1 branch.  If so, we need to find the fix and backport.  I was going to do 1.1 tonight but I'm going to hold off until I can verify this.

We need to test this with the 1.1.1 RC packages George is about to produce.  If its ok, this should be closed.
