Version: 1.8.2 (using KDE 3.4.2, Debian Package 4:3.4.2-4 (testing/unstable)) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11 Contacts when stored in the Contacts folder on Kolab2 will be stored as simple files on the imap server. Though, they are not interpreted, as emails are. Instead, their subject is something crypric as "0HYdz5b21M". THis is completely useless and 100% nonsense. It is not useful to any single user. Why is this interface still there? Concerning contacts, also the sender, the receiver and all these bits of information are not appropriate. My dear wish: Please either create a little interface here, too, or just abolish this view. Perhaps you could reuse the according interface from KOrganizer since it also has a list for that. Regards Markus
kmail hides groupware folders if the folders are indeed marked as containing groupware content (/vendor/kolab/folder-type, value.shared annotations under ANNOTATEMORE, or /shared/vendor/kolab/folder-type metadata under METADATA). This seems to negate the concern of displaying useless information perfectly fine, and I'm therefore closing this ticket.
