Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

To reproduce

- start KMyMoney
- select categories
- add a new subcategory to an existing category

The layout is then somewhat broken (e.g. red arrows between the green). But since uncollapsing&collapsing a category with subcategories (clicking on a "+ sign") solves the problem, I think there is just a window refresh missing here.

Logic re-written and problem solved in CVS HEAD.
