Description Francois Marier 2005-09-08 21:09:58 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: 00

(from Jesus Climent < jesus.climent (AT) hispalinux.es >)

Please, consider adding sha1sum as a possible (selectable) mechanism to
check the integrity of ISO files.

Since md5 is starting to be consider as an insecure hashing algo, some
people are moving to sha1, and thus we cannot check with k3b the
integrity of such doenloaded isos.

Thanks!

I would just add that another favourite checksum file format is .sfv and it should be supported too - thanks ;-)
