Korganizer shows only events for round about two weeks backwards and forwards. Moreover events that are created in Kontact come up and disappear in minutes again and again. If I use the web everything is fine.

Same problem here and as far as I understood the guys at the egroupware-mailinglists, it is a Kontact problem, not an egroupware one. Greets Tom
Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
It issame like Bug 113565: "egroupeware calendar loads only events starting with 12 days before today to 12 days after today" Again it is related to xml-rpc. Since eGw 1.4 remote calendar and icalsvr is preferred method for syncing Egroupware with KOrganizer So this bug is not relevant any more. Maybe you should decide to close it. Sorry for writing that again. I'm now testing Egw-KOrganizer connectivity, and just checking Egw related bugs in bugs.kde.org
