Commercial on-line learning courses use popup windows to display course material.  I would like Konquerer's popup block to display a message that a popup has been blocked and allow me to enable it for the site without have to enable popups globally.  The smart popup blocker option does not work as needed in this case.

This has nothing to do with Ark, and seems to be already implemented in KDE 3.5.

Changing the component to general so we can remove "Konqueror Plugin" from the component list (doesn't make sense in KDE4).
