Description gerard 2005-07-19 01:37:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.4.1, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-7mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-6mdk

My first screen is in french, my second in english.

Not all the second. Only things that are launched by the desktop or kicker.

Example : if I run Alt-F2 on desktop one, I get "Exécuter une commande". On desktop 2, it makes "Run command".
The same for K menu : Déconnexion/Logout (only the low part, the high part is good)
The same for the clock
The same for the name of the applets
The same for the desktop access, but not the same for the icons of Help or various apps.

It is not very severe, only strange...

Thanks

Gerard

well, this obviously isn't a kicker issue as it also affects kdesktop. it sounds like the locale isn't being set properly for the second head.
