Version:           1.3-beta2 (using KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" , SUSE 9.3)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 20050117 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.11.4-20a-default

amarok allows only to change the title, album, artist and some more id3-informations of a mp3. id3v2 provides much more tags that can be saved in a mp3. It would be to much, to let the user change all tags provided by id3v2, thats the job of other programs, but some more would be great. My music-collection contains for the most part of classical music, so it would be nice to be able change the composer-tag with amarok.

I making this a dup of bug #95960. Maybe we should make its summary more generic, but the idea of that bug report is the same.
