Version: 3.4.1 (using KDE 3.4.1, compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.29-lck1 I can't set a font for Hindi locale. If I download a new font then it is overriden. Since KDE is an international project it should allow "Font for Language" like firefox/mozilla. Like for Hindi I have 2 fonts Osho and Gurumaa, but I find Gurumaa easier to read, hence I want to set Gurumaa font for every website which has UTF-8 and Hindi unicode encoding. Have a look at these: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=16645&vote=bad&tan=39973159 The problem I am facing with having Multiple Fonts in KDE is that decorative fonts or the (donno know the criteria) last font installed is used in KDE and konqueror. There are other for Hindi too like Arial Unicode, Mangal and Raghindi. I can't override them at http://www.BBC.co.uk/hindi, because BBC uses Raghindi. But Gurumaa looks better for reading. Expected Behavior/Feature: 1. Allow font per Language basis. 2. Allow override www page fonts. 3. Likewise for all International Languages like Arabic, Hebrew, Telugu, Punjabi, etc. custom font be allowed. thank you.
sorry, forgot to select it as wishlist. thanks.
