It would be great, if amaroK would provide an option to select from which wikipedia (en, de,...) amaroK should get its information from. Maybe you can combinate this with klocal?

The ideal solution (in my opinion) would be for example: Settins for wikipedia info is "de", so amaroK gets its information from http://de.wikipedia.org/. If there's no article on the german wikipedia amaroK should fallback to http://en.wikipeda.org/ and show a message that there is no german article available.
