But in kdelibs it's translated as verb, but on menubar items are interpreted as noun. "Insert" on Russian has different form for verb and noun. Please, use own translation of "Insert" in KOffice application for top-level menu items.

Must like "Edit", "View", and even "Attach" in kmail. Not that *all* menubar items are verbs, of course (File, Settings, etc. are not). Still, "Insert" is certainly a verb in english, this menu is about "To insert", not about "an insert" (!?). I can't see where a confusion could come from, given that insert is always a verb in English (in programs at least).
In Russian translation practice (for example, Microsoft Office) 'Insert' was translated as noun. I know that English menu hierarchy like sentence: verb, then nount and possible addition. But on Russian all toplevel menu must be noun. Sure, there is only ONE mismatch of this rule: Insert.
Same problem in Estonian. Also according to styleguide menubar entries have to be noun. Note that KOffice applications are not the only ones with this problem. Kpovmodeler for example has it as well.
SVN commit 430563 by dfaure: Differenciate "Insert button" from "Insert menu". Both are verbs in English, but not in all languages (so the context isn't as obvious as it appears to be, this is mostly about differenciating the two).
