Description jsvrp.gw 2005-06-17 12:49:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Hello,

Before KDE 3.4.0 I was able to open applications with the help of a (local) html-file. When I clicked on a link, it showed a warning and I was able to open that specific application.

It looks like this:
<a href="applications:/Utilities/Texteditor/kde-kate">Edit
html</a>

After installing 3.4.1 it shows the "open-as"-application-list, as any unknown type. I can start the applications without any problems from the locationbar. Other local protocols, like help:/applicationname are mo problen, also from local html-files they are not.

I could not found anything related to this on the 3.4.1 changelog.
