Version:           1.8 (using KDE 3.4.0, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-7mdk)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-6mdksmp

After upgrade to kde 3.4 I cannot use kmail anymore.

1) IMAP works only with clear text authentication, while test server capabilities reports differently

2) SMTP does not work anymore at all... failing authentication even if I ask for no encryption nor authentication...

On the same servers mozilla works just fine with ssl and authentication enabled.

Please check for duplicates next time.
