Version: 1.3beta1 (using KDE 3.4.1, Debian Package 4:3.4.1-1 (3.1)) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.6 (Debian 1:3.3.6-5) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-rc3-mm2 If a big mp3 file is played and there exits a cue file for it only in context menu (tab current) the cue information of current playing title inside the mp3 is shown and can be changed. I think its necessary to show current title information from cue in tooltip at dock and in popup if next title in cue is reached. It could be also cool if there is a option in settings to show cue titles instead of title from mp3 file in playlist.
Would be really nice if the titles from the .cue file are different items in the playlist view.
On Amarok 1.4.1 w/ KDE 3.5.4 the cue data does appear in the context menu (as the reporter mentioned). Also the lyrics and artist tabs use artist/title data from the .cue file. The dock's tooltip and OSD popup both display correct information, and the .cue titles are shown instead of the mp3's title in the playlist. If there are no other objections, and think this bug can be resolved in the latest release.
