Description Natalie 2005-05-02 16:10:02 UTC
Version: KOffice 1.3.5 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

kspread_format.po

format.docbook:171
  <guilabel>Cell Format... </guilabel> dialog

  - On title bar: Cell Format

kspread_basics.po

basics.docbook:238
  &kspread; also provides a <quote>Drag and Copy</quote>
method for copying cells down into other cells
immediately below or to the right of the original
  cell(s).

  - Beginners might get confused when they try this,
possibly they expect the cells to contain teh same
values as the original cells. However, the values
are copied using a step size.

kspread_advanced.po

Missing ':' in <guilabel>xxx</guilabel>
Missing '...' in <guimenuitem>xxx</guimenuitem>

Why 'Sheets' in one section and 'Tables' in another?

advanced.docbook:67

  - What is the reason to use 'function', 'formula' and 'expression'?

advanced.docbook:67
  <guilabel>Math Expression</guilabel> dialog

  - Function dialog.

advanced.docbook:226
  squared equal 4 ?</emphasis>.

  - Period should be removed.

advanced.docbook:235

  <guilabel>to value</guilabel>
  <guilabel>by changing cell</guilabel>

  - Capitalize first word

advanced.docbook:235
Pressing the <guibutton>Start</guibutton> button in the
<guilabel> Goal Seek</guilabel> menu will start the
  calculation.

  - There is no button in the menu ... the button is in
  the dialog box.

advanced.docbook:235
For each of the source sheets, enter a reference to the
wanted data area in the <guilabel>Reference</guilabel>
box in the <guilabel>Consolidate </guilabel> dialog then
  press <guibutton>Add</guibutton> which should transfer
it to the <guilabel>Entered References</guilabel> box.

  - The previous paragraph explained that the dialog
"Consolidate" would appear ... why do you have to
mention this dialog again? It makes the sentence longer
  than necessary.

This happens throuhout the entire help ...

  - ... which should transfer it to ...

  But wghat if it doesn't?
  Too vague ...

SVN commit 429365 by raphael:

Fix various issues in the KSpread documentation.

I also renamed all instances of "table" to "sheet"
where appropriate.
