When typing a URL into the address bar of Konqueror, an autocomplete dropdown menu appears, showing the possible completions, as well as the icon for each website. The icons are often (but not always) incorrect. For example, when the URL for my school's mail server appears, the icon of kde-look.org could be displayed, instead of the mail icon.
Once a URL is selected, the correct icon is displayed. The only time that incorrect icons are shown are in the autocomplete list.
